📌 Note: This allows you to manage and restrict specific reasons across your terminals.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Log in to the till using your clerk code.
Click on Program Mode.
Select Program Options.
Use the search bar to find Complimentary Reasons.
Click on Complimentary Reasons from the results.
Select the reason you wish to disable.
Tick the Disabled box.
Click Save and send the update to the other terminals.
📌 Note: This ensures the selected complementary reason is no longer available across your estate.
