Delete/remove a clerk

Disable and remove staff login accounts

To delete or remove a clerk, firstly, you will need to disable the clerk.


Disable clerk

To disable the clerk, please log onto StockLink and follow the below:

  1. Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.

  2. Click Clerk.

  3. Select the clerk and tick Disable Clerk.

  4. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: You will now need to send this change to the terminals using pos updates.


Delete clerk

⚠️ Important: Deleting a clerk will also remove any historically saved data for this clerk, you may find that once deleted, their sales will still show; however, it will no longer have the clerk ID showing.

To delete the clerk, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.

  2. Select Clerk.

  3. Select the clerk and click Delete.
