If you receive an error message stating Clerk Disabled, it means the clerk account needs to be reactivated.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
On the Till
Go to Program Mode and select Clerks.
Choose the clerk who is unable to log in.
Uncheck Clerk Disabled and click Save.
On EPoS Manager
Go to POS Control and select Clerks.
Choose the clerk who is unable to log in.
Check In Use and click Save.
Send any changes to POS.
