Clerk account disabled notification

Unable to access the till with my code and receive a message stating that the clerk is disabled.

If you receive an error message stating Clerk Disabled, it means the clerk account needs to be reactivated.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:


On the Till

  1. Go to Program Mode and select Clerks.

  2. Choose the clerk who is unable to log in.

  3. Uncheck Clerk Disabled and click Save.


On EPoS Manager

  1. Go to POS Control and select Clerks.

  2. Choose the clerk who is unable to log in.

  3. Check In Use and click Save.

  4. Send any changes to POS.
