To streamline seat management on your POS system, you can create custom functions for viewing and navigating seats.
Follow the steps below in Epos Manager to set up both the Seat View and Next Seat functions, then assign them to your function bar for quick access during service.
Create a seat view function
To create a seat view function, log in to Epos Manager and follow the steps below:
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Functions and select New.
Enter a description. then set Function Type to function 31 Seat View.
Click Save.
Create next seat function
You can now create a next seat function if you follow the steps below:
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Functions and select New.
Enter a description. then Set Function Type to function 217 Next Seat.
Select Allocate Seat If Does Not Exist.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: You can now add your new functions to your function bar.
