To add a spend limit, you will need to create a new function and then add it on tabs.
Create function
To create a new function, log in toEpos Manager and follow the steps below:
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Functions.
Select your location and click Add New.
Enter a description.
In Function Type select function 152 Track Spend Limit.
Add a % to notify when approaching the spend limit, if required.
For example, if you add 10% and the spend limit is £100 it will notify you at £90.
Click Save.
Add function
You can now add this function to your function bar by following the below steps:
Click Pos Control and select Keyboards.
Select Functionbar - Main Bar.
Using the Unassigned drop-down, select Functions.
Drag and drop the newly created function to the keyboard.
Click Save.
Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
📌 Note: When you open a new tab, you can click the new function on your keyboard to allocate a spending limit. This will then notify you when the spending limit is close to being reached.
