To configure a till for takeaway service in EPOS Manager, you’ll need to adjust a few terminal settings.
Follow the steps below to apply the correct setup:
Go to Programming and select Program.
Click Terminal Config.
In Description, update the till name to your preferred Takeaway name (optional).
In IRC Location, select the relevant location.
In Default Seating Area, choose Takeaway if the option is available.
In Default Keyboard Level, select the Takeaway keyboard.
If using a different price level, change the Default Price Level from the dropdown menu.
Set Default Floor Plan to NONE if converting a restaurant till to takeaway.
