Enable customers to make optional donations at checkout by adding a charity donation button to your POS system.
On PosLink
To set up the Charity Donation button on PosLink, follow the steps below:
Go to Program Mode then select Functions.
Add a new function using Function Type 250 – Charity Donation.
Choose the Round Method: either None or Next Pound.
Click Save.
Add the new button to the required keyboard layout.
On Epos Manager
To set up the Charity Donation button on Epos Manager follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager.
Go to POS Control and select Functions.
Choose the relevant location then click Add New Function.
Enter a description and set Function Type 250 – Charity Donation.
Set the Round Method as needed.
Add the new function to the appropriate keyboard layout.
Use POS Updates to send the changes to the tills.
