You can configure media settings in EPOS Manager so that any overtendering is automatically allocated to tips.
This setup helps ensure accurate tracking of excess payments and simplifies tip management across your terminals:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Media and open the media you want to update.
Set the Overtendering Type to Tips.
Click Save.
