To move tabs or tables within the system, use the steps below in EPOS Manager to ensure transactions are correctly reassigned:
π€ Tip: This process also helps resolve issues where tables appear in local mode due to offline activity.
Open the table that contains the transaction.
Click on Table Plan/Tables.
Double-click on the new table where you want the transaction to move.
Click OK.
π Note: If a table is showing in local mode because it was opened while the master terminal was offline, transfer the table to another table, then transfer it back to the original table number. This will remove the local mode status.
