If your receipt printer connected to EPOS Manager is continuously printing, it may be due to a backlog in the printer spooler.
Follow the steps below to check and clear the print queue:
Click Start and select Settings.
Click Bluetooth & devices, then select Printers & Scanners.
Select the receipt printer from the list.
Click Open Print Queue.
Review the list of items waiting to print.
Delete all waiting documents to clear the queue.
