Receipt printer keeps printing without stopping

Stop printer spooler queue issues.

If your receipt printer connected to EPOS Manager is continuously printing, it may be due to a backlog in the printer spooler.

Follow the steps below to check and clear the print queue:

  1. Click Start and select Settings.

  2. Click Bluetooth & devices, then select Printers & Scanners.

  3. Select the receipt printer from the list.

  4. Click Open Print Queue.

  5. Review the list of items waiting to print.

  6. Delete all waiting documents to clear the queue.
