To ensure order numbers appear correctly on the KV screen, you’ll need to adjust the settings via the KV screen.

To get the order numbers, follow the steps below:

  1. Log onto the KV screen.

  2. Click Exit and select Program Mode.

  3. Click KV Programming.

  4. Select KV Profiles.

  5. Click General 2.

  6. Change Display Order Number to Order No.

  7. Click Save.
