Configure the default price level on your POS terminal to ensure consistent pricing across transactions. This is useful for managing tiered pricing structures such as retail, staff, or promotional rates.

⚠️ Important: The default price level set on the terminal may be overridden by the clerk's security settings. If a clerk is assigned a different price level within their security profile, the terminal will apply that level instead of the default. This ensures pricing reflects the permissions and roles assigned to individual users.

To set or change the default price level, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPoS Manager.

  2. Select POS Control and click POS Control.

  3. Click Price Levels and select the location.

  4. Type the price level already configured or click on the three-dot button.

  5. Select the Price Level required.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

πŸ“Œ Note: Remember to send the updates to terminals.
