Copying prices between price levels in StockLink allows you to duplicate pricing structures efficiently. This process must be completed for each major or sales group individually, as the system cannot select all PLUs at once.

To copy prices from one price level to another, please log onto StockLink and follow the steps below:

  1. Log onto EPOS Manager, click Pos Control, and select PLU List.

  2. Select a Major or Sales Group.

    • The complete list of PLUs cannot be selected, so you will need to do each major or sales group individually.

  3. Select the Price Level you wish to copy the price into.

  4. Select all options for Include Modifier Prices and Include Condiment Prices.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Go to the top of the column prices and then right-click and select Import Prices From.

  7. Select the price level you want to copy from.

  8. Click Apply.

  9. This will then fill in the prices on the PLU list.

  10. Click Save.

The pricing data will now be duplicated from your source price level to the destination price level for the selected major or sales group.

⚠️ Important: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
