If you need to resend your sales data from EPOS Manager, please follow the steps below:
β οΈ Important: Ensure the relevant business week is open before proceeding. If it is not, raise a new support case online and include the location and business sheet date that needs to be opened.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Commands.
Click New.
In the Job Type, select Resend POSLink Sales To StockNet.
Select your dates and tick the relevant location and tills.
Click Save.
Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the sales data to update after resending.
