KV Overview mode - A new display mode that provides a consolidated view of all active kitchen orders at a glance. This helps kitchen staff monitor order status more efficiently and improves workflow visibility across busy service periods.
KV Overview configuration options - You can now customise the appearance of KV Overview mode through the terminal configuration settings. Options include button font name, font size, text colour, and background colour, allowing you to adapt the display to suit your kitchen environment and lighting conditions.
Change Page function - A new keyboard function that allows you to navigate between pages in KV Overview mode. You can configure keys for Next Page and Previous Page navigation, making it easier to browse through orders when you have a high volume.
Web order names on labels - Kitchen labels now display the customer name for web orders. This makes it easier for kitchen staff to identify and associate orders with online customers, reducing errors during busy periods.
TLS 1.3 support - Enhanced security for web communications with support for the latest TLS 1.3 protocol, ensuring your data transmissions remain secure.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access KVLink application:
KV Overview display refresh - Fixed an issue where the KV Overview display was not refreshing correctly, which could cause orders to appear outdated.
KV Overview stability - Fixed a crash that could occur in certain circumstances when using KV Overview mode.
Order timer display - Fixed an issue with order timing display in the kitchen view, ensuring timers now update correctly.
Image handling in KV Overview - Fixed an issue where images were not displaying correctly in KV Overview mode.
How to access this update
This update is available now. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your Access KVLink software to version 1.0.1.79.
