What's new?

  • Web order names on kitchen labels - Kitchen staff can now see web order customer names printed directly on kitchen labels. This makes it easier to identify which orders belong to which online customers, reducing mix-ups for delivery and pickup orders.

  • TLS 1.3 support - Access KVLink now supports the latest TLS 1.3 security standard, providing enhanced security for communications between your POS system and kitchen displays. You can enable this feature through a configurable setting in your global settings.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within the Access KVLink application:

  • TLS handling improvements - Fixed an issue where secure communications between the KV Engine and Web Services components were not handling TLS connections correctly. Data transmission between your POS and kitchen displays is now more secure and reliable.

  • Framework compatibility - Fixed an issue where the application could experience compatibility problems on certain Windows environments. Access KVLink now operates more reliably across different system configurations.
