To customise your business sheets in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to apply formulas like DiscountVal and MediaVal.

This setup helps improve reporting accuracy and supports better financial analysis across your estate.


Using DiscountVal

  1. Under Designers, click on Business Sheet Designer.

  2. Click on New and tick Copy existing layout.

  3. Rename the layout to match your intended use.

  4. Click on the line where you want to add a new row.

  5. Right-click and select Edit and Insert row. This will add a new row at the top.

  6. Check if you have enough rows at the bottom of your business sheet. If not, add more rows.

  7. On the right-hand side, click on the ellipsis.

  8. Change the Rows value from 50 to 60.

  9. Click Save, then Save and reload.

  10. Use the DiscVal formula.

  11. In this formula, 1 represents the day, and 16 and 17 are the adjustment numbers you created.

  12. For the total, use 0 as the first value.

  13. Click Save.


Using MediaVal

  1. To use MediaVal, repeat steps 1–9.

  2. Use the MediaVal formula.

  3. In this formula, 1 represents the day, and 15 is the media number created for the promotion.

  4. Update your total formula to include the new media.

  5. Click Save.


Check the business sheet

  1. Under System Maintenance, click on Location.

  2. Choose the location using the ellipsis.

  3. Next to Business Sheet Layout, use the dropdown to select the new layout.

  4. Apply it to one location first to test.

  5. Click Save.
