⚠️ Important: This is an advanced feature and should only be used by those familiar with how the business sheet is designed. Before making any changes, it is essential to create a copy of the existing business sheet. If the sheet stops working, there is no way for us to rectify the issue.
To add a service charge and tips formula to your business sheet in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Designers and select Business Sheet Designer.
Create a new business sheet using the current sheet as a template.
In the cell where you want to display the service charge or tips, enter the appropriate formula:
Service Charge:
discval(x,x)Tips:
functionval(x,x)
Note: The first number represents the day of the week, and the second number refers to the function. Tips are often set to 8, and service charges to 1, but please verify your own setup.
Click Save.
To assign this business sheet to your location, follow these steps:
Click System Maintenance and select Locations.
Select your location.
Change the Business Sheet Layout to the newly created sheet.
Click Save.
