Staying informed is essential, especially during high-impact incidents or product downtime. You can monitor the status of your products and receive timely updates by subscribing to alerts on the Hospitality Status Dashboard in EPOS Manager.
Subsribe
Follow the steps below to manage your subscription preferences:
Go to the Hospitality Status Dashboard.
Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.
Click Email, then enter your email address.
Read and accept the Terms & Services.
Tick I accept Terms & Services and click Next.
Within Customisations, select either:
All Services β to receive notifications for all services within Hospitality.
Selected Services β to choose specific services or groups relevant to you.
Choose the option: Only send me the minimum number of notifications, typically first and last, or leave this blank to receive all updates.
Click Save.
You have now successfully subscribed to product alerts.
Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from alerts, follow the steps below:
Go to the Hospitality Status Dashboard.
Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.
Click Forgot your link?
Click Email.
Enter your email address.
Click Resend.
In the email you receive, click Unsubscribe from these alerts, then click Email to confirm.
You have now successfully unsubscribed.
