Dojo incremental pre-authorisation enhances the payment experience by automatically adjusting pre-authorised amounts as needed. This helps improve cash flow, reduce customer friction, and streamline transactions. To activate this feature in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important: You must be using Dojo as your payment provider and running at least version 1.0.4.93 of the POS app.
From the Functions menu, click Functions.
Select Function 103 – Capture Credit Card.
This will open the pre-authorisation configuration options.
Enter the following values:
Pre-Auth Value: The default amount to be pre-authorised.
Pre-Auth Increment: The additional amount to be pre-authorised when the order total exceeds the current pre-authorised value.
To enable the functionality, select UseEFT.
Click Save, then perform a test transaction to confirm everything works as expected.
