β οΈ Important: To update the MID, the Merchant ID on your Verifone card machine, please contact Verifone directly first.
They will need to configure the new MID on their end before any changes can be made within our system. Once Verifone has completed its setup, you can reach out to us.
Please include the new login credentials for the card machine in your request.
We will apply the changes to one till initially and verify that transactions are correctly reporting to Webcom under the updated MID.
Once confirmed, we can proceed with updating any remaining tills if needed.
