If you receive a message indicating that a supplier is locked in EPOS Manager, you can unlock it by updating the supplier settings.
β οΈ Important: You will need permission to access the Suppliers section. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your head office.
Follow the steps below to make the change:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Stock Maintenance and select Suppliers.
Select your location, if required.
Use the ... button to open the relevant supplier.
Untick Locked Supplier.
Click Save.
This will unlock the supplier and allow further updates.
