If a product seems missing, it may be listed under a different description. Use Epos Manager to verify how it's recorded under the supplier.
If you're unable to find a product, it may be due to a variation in its description. To confirm, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos manager then go to Stock Maintenance.
Click Supplier Product List.
Select your location and supplier, then click Next.
A list of products linked to that supplier will appear, showing the descriptions used.
๐ Note: You may notice slight differences in naming, which could explain why the product doesn't appear where expected.
