Resolve issues when clock-in and clock-out times do not appear for an employee in Access People.
Verify employee number
Ensure that the employee number matches in both systems. To check this, log into StockLink and do the following:
Click on Labour Scheduling.
Select Employees.
Enter the employee number or type the employee's name in the search bar.
Confirm that the employee number corresponds with the record in Access People.
Check Global Flags
Confirm that the Global Flags are directed to the correct location. Here's how:
Click on Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Navigate to Global Flags.
Choose the relevant location and verify that the TA Location Code is set to the correct code.
Click Save to apply any changes.
π Note: After making any adjustments, do not forget to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
