If your report is showing negative figures, this may be caused by open or incomplete transactions. This report will help identify any open tracks that may be affecting your figures.
To investigate, you can check the Open Tracks Report in EPOS Manager by following the steps below:
Go to Reports in EPOS Manager.
Click Sales Reports.
Select Open Tracks Report.
Choose the From Date and To Date for your search.
Select the relevant location.
Click OK.
