An open track refers to a transaction that has been started on the terminal but not yet completed or cashed off. Running an Open Tracks Report in EPOS Manager helps you monitor and manage these active transactions across one or more locations.
To generate the report, follow the steps below:
In EPOS Manager, click Reports.
Click Sales Reports and select Open Tracks Report.
Set the From Date and To Date as required.
Select the relevant location.
For multiple locations, hold the Ctrl key and select all required locations.
Click OK to generate the report.
