To view the details of a refunded transaction in EPOS Manager, you’ll need to access the Real Time Journal report.

This allows you to search for specific transactions by date, location, and keyword:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select Reports.
Go to Sales Reports.
Select Real Time Journal.
Enter the required date and location, then press OK.
Either scroll through the journal or press CTRL + F to open the search window and find Refund.
