To enable a prompt for printing receipts on your card machine, you’ll need to adjust settings directly on the terminal using Program Mode. This allows staff to choose whether to print customer or merchant receipts during each transaction.
⚠️ Important: You must have Program Mode access to complete these steps. If you do not have the required permissions, contact your head office for assistance.
Log onto the terminal.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Click EFT Devices.
Select the relevant card machine.
Click Flags.
Tick Prompt For EFT Customer Receipt and/or Prompt For EFT Merchant Receipt as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
This setup ensures receipt prompts appear during card transactions, giving staff control over what is printed.
