Edit Loyalty Points for a Customer

You can manually update loyalty points by accessing the Customer Loyalty section within EPOS Manager.

To manually update or adjust customer loyalty points, you can use the Customer Loyalty section in EPOS Manager.

Follow the steps below to apply changes to individual customer accounts:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Customers/Loyalty and select Update Loyalty Points.

  3. From the Query dropdown menu, select a relevant field.

  4. If you're unsure which field to choose, select All, but note that this may take longer to load.

  5. Select Increase By and enter a value to add to the customer's current points.

  6. Select Set Points AT to assign a specific value to the customer's points balance.

  7. Click Update next to the relevant customer.

  8. Click Save to apply the changes.
