You can set up a customer loyalty card in EPOS Manager to assign points and link them to a specific loyalty scheme.
This setup helps track customer rewards and ensures they can redeem points across selected locations:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Customers/Loyalty and select Customers.
Click New.
Enter the customer's details.
Click Loyalty Points, then click Add.
Enter the card number and select a loyalty scheme.
If you do not have a loyalty scheme, please contact your account manager for a quote to have one set up.
Click OK.
Select the newly added card number and tick Activated.
Select Allowed Locations and tick the locations where the customer can use the card.
Click Save.
