To export an Excel file containing all customer data from EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to create or use a loyalty query:
Click Reports and select Loyalty Reports.
Click Loyalty Queries.
Click New and type in a description, unless you already have a query created.
Click Add and use the drop-down to select the information you want to export.
Enter the operator, then select your value and click OK.
Click Test, then select Excel to generate the export.
