To enhance account security in EPOS Manager, you can enforce a strong password policy by adjusting system parameters. These settings help maintain secure access across your system.
Follow the steps below to apply the settings:
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Parameters.
Within the Current Settings tab, tick Enforce Strong Password Policy.
In Password Expiry Duration – in weeks, enter a value.
This sets how often staff must change their password.
In Application Min Password Length, enter a value.
This defines the minimum number of characters required for passwords.
Click Save to apply the changes.
