Menu data not appearing in EPOS Manager

Fix missing menu options by assigning user roles.

If no menu options are visible on the left side of the screen when logging into EPOS Manager, likely that the user has not been assigned a User Role.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

  1. A user with permission to manage accounts must log into EPOS Manager.

  2. Go to System Maintenance.

  3. Select Users.

  4. Choose the User ID that needs to be edited.

  5. Select the appropriate User Role from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
