To manage user access within your organisation, you can invite new members and assign appropriate permissions using EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to complete both actions.
Invitation to Access Evo
To invite new members into Access Evo, follow the steps below:
Log in to Access Evo, then click the Members icon.
Click the green Invite People icon on the right side of the page.
Enter the user's email address in the top box and add an optional message if needed.
Click Invite.
Assign permission
To grant a user permissions, follow these steps:
Open the Members menu from the top-right corner.
Search for and select the user.
Click Actions, then click Manage Roles.
Use the drop-down next to the desired product and assign roles as required.
