Update the default keyboard layout on each POS terminal to ensure consistent input settings across your site.
⚠️ Important: If you do not have permission to Program Mode, reach out to us.
To change the default keyboard on your tills, please follow the steps below:
Log in to the terminal.
Click Program Mode, then select Programming/Program Options.
Navigate to Terminal Configuration.
Use the Default Keyboard drop-down menu to select the desired layout.
Click Save.
