Seat number grouping on kitchen video - You can now group order items by seat number on your Access KVLink display. When enabled, the ticket view shows clear seat headings (such as "Seat 1", "Seat 2") with the relevant items beneath each one. Category and course headings remain in place within each seat group, and any items without a seat number appear under a "No Seat" heading. This helps kitchen staff plate and deliver orders more quickly and accurately, particularly in table-service environments. To enable this, turn on the Show Seat View option in your Ticket Format program settings.

How to access this update
This update is available from 7th April 2026. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your Access KVLink software to version 1.0.1.82.
