If you need assistance with EPOS Manager, our support team is available during the hours listed below.

For urgent issues, we also offer out-of-hours support through the portal.

  1. General support hours are:

    • Monday to Friday: 9 am – 9 pm.

    • Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm.

    • Support number: 01509 279216.

  2. Out-of-hours support is available for P1 issues only, and must be raised via the portal.

  3. In the event of an emergency, please raise a P1 case via the portal.

  4. The support portal follows the same hours as listed above.

Outside of these hours, you can access our Digital Assistant support..
