Till displays submitting offline transactions Message

Troubleshoot terminal power and offline transaction issues.

If your till is displaying a Submitting Offline Transactions message and it's interfering with trade, you can adjust when the system performs this update.

⚠️ Important: This change requires access to Program Mode on the till.

Follow the steps below to update the setting:

  1. Log in to the till using a code with Program Mode access.

  2. Enter Program Mode.

  3. Select Programming to open the full list of options.

  4. Search for and select EFT Devices.

  5. Choose the device you want to update.

  6. Go to the Flags tab.

  7. Select the option named Send Offline Transactions on Boot/EOD.

  8. Click Save and return to the main logon screen.
