Launch the on-screen keyboard

Enable Windows on-screen keyboard through accessibility settings.

If you need to use the on-screen keyboard for input on a terminal running EPOS Manager, you can enable it through Windows settings. This is especially useful for touchscreen setups or when a physical keyboard is unavailable.

Follow the steps below to activate it:

  1. Close PosLink completely.

  2. Click Start in Windows.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Choose Ease of Access.

  5. Click Keyboard and turn on the toggle under Use the On-Screen Keyboard.

  6. A virtual keyboard will appear on the screen and remain active until manually closed.
