To create daily or weekly budgets in EPOS Manager, you will first need to set up a Business Calendar and then enter your budget figures.
Follow the steps below to complete both parts of the process:
Create a business calendar
Click System Maintenance and select Business Calendar.
Enter the current Year and click Find.
Enter the Start Date, Weeks to Create, and Weeks Per Period.
These fields are located at the bottom of the screen.
Click Auto Fill and then click Save.
Create budgets
Once the calendar is created, proceed to enter your budgets.
Click System Maintenance and select Budgets Maintenance.
Select your location.
For a new budget, click Find.
If you are using the same budget number from last year, click the ... button.
Enter the budget figures and click Save.
