Upload budgets to the EPOS Manager system

Set up business calendar and budget entries.

To upload budgets in EPOS Manager, you first need to create a business calendar for the year. This ensures your budget entries align correctly with your operational periods.

Follow the steps below to complete the setup:


Business calendar

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click System Maintenance and select Business Calendar.

  3. Enter the current Year and click Find.

  4. Enter the Start Date, Weeks to Create, and Weeks Per Period.

  5. These fields are located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Click Auto Fill, then click Save.

Once the business calendar is in place, you can proceed to upload your budgets.


Upload budgets

  1. Click System Maintenance and select Budget Maintenance.

  2. Select your location.

  3. For a new budget, click Find.

  4. If you are using the same budget number from last year, click the ... button.

  5. Enter the budget figures.

  6. Click Save.
