Minimum covers requirement for walk-in guests

Update settings to reflect the actual party size for accuracy.

If you are using the Collins integration and walk-in reservations are defaulting to 20 covers, you can now configure the system to use the minimum number of covers defined in Collins.

To enable this setting in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to POS Control.

  2. Select Interfaces.

  3. Choose the relevant location.

  4. Click the box next to Record Type and select Table Reservations.

  5. In the Flags section, tick Default Walk-In Covers To Min.

  6. Save your changes.

  7. Send the updated configuration to PosLink.
