⚠️ Important: We do not recommend permitting program mode to all staff members. Program mode enables you to make changes on the terminals and should only be given to users who are trained in this process and can currently make changes to the tills using EPOS Manager.
To give permission to Program Mode, log onto EPOS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Clerk Security.
Open a clerk security level and click Permit Options.
Or select New to create a new security level.
Select Allowed Program Mode.
Click Save.
📌 Note: All clerks set with the security level you have changed will now have permission to access Program Mode.
🤓 Tip: If you do not want all users to have this level, we recommend creating a new clerk security level and changing their security level within their clerk.
