Complementary reports show which additional items or services have been sold alongside your main products. This helps you track add-on sales performance, identify popular product combinations, and analyse cross-selling effectiveness.
To generate a report showing all complementaries that have been used during a specific period, follow these steps:
Log onto StockLink.
Click Reports from the main menu and select Sales Reports.
Click POS Reports and select your location from the dropdown menu
For multiple locations, hold Ctrl whilst clicking to select all required locations.
Enter your date range.
Change Report Type to Complementaries and click the following boxes to include in your report:
Show Location.
Show Quantity.
Show Value
Click OK to run the report and view your complementary data.
