If an order appears in red on your web orders report in EPOS Manager, it indicates that the customer has cancelled the order.

To confirm this, follow the steps below:

  1. Open EPOS Manager.

  2. Navigate to the Web Orders report.

  3. Locate the order highlighted in red.

  4. Check the order status to confirm it has been cancelled.

This visual alert helps quickly identify cancelled orders and prevents them from being processed further.
