Discrepancy in order-at-table and payment media records

Click & Collect orders are not aligning with corresponding Stripe transactions.

If you are seeing more Order at Table or Click & Collect orders than the number of transactions recorded through the relevant media, this may be due to zero-price orders.

πŸ€“ Tip: These can occur when items are manually adjusted to Β£0.00, which prevents them from registering as media transactions.

To investigate this, use the Daily Ops Report in EPOS Manager by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click Reports and select Enterprise Reports.

  3. Click Daily Ops – Daily Operations Report.

  4. Select the relevant site and date range.

  5. Click Gross Sales.

  6. Choose the relevant seating area, such as Click & Collect or Order at Table.

  7. Look for any transactions with a gross of 0.00. These are likely causing the discrepancy.

  8. Click on the Trans ID to view how the item was adjusted to 0.00.
