If your site is not trading and you need to reduce the Safe Float to zero, follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to update the setting and remove any related variance:
Open EPOS Manager.
Navigate to System Maintenance.
Go to Locations.
Select the required location.
Click on the Financial tab.
On the left side of the screen, locate the box labeled "Safe Float" with "Amount Issued" above it. Clear the value and enter zero (0).
Click Save in the bottom right corner of the screen
🤓 Tip: This will set the Safe Check level to zero and eliminate any variance caused by the float.
