The PLU sales breakdown report provides a clear view of each PLU’s configuration, helping you track product and recipe associations accurately.
To generate a report in EPOS Manager that shows a detailed breakdown of PLUs, including the linked product and recipe, follow the steps below..
Go to POS Control and click PLU.
Select the location if required.
Click Print located at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the Print Range. This can be set to All or filtered by Primary, Major, or Sales Group.
Select PLU Description With Breakdown.
Set the Breakdown Unit Options to By Actual.
Click Report to generate the output.
