The email option is grey on purchase orders

Enable email functionality for purchase orders in location settings.

To enable email functionality for purchase orders in EPOS manager, you’ll need to adjust the reporting settings for your location.

Follow the steps below to activate this option:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Navigate to System Maintenance.

  3. Select Location.

  4. Choose your location from the list.

  5. Click the Stock Movement Reports tab.

  6. In the drop-down for purchase orders, select Supplier Purchase Order.

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
