To set a restriction on when orders can be placed for a supplier, you can configure a cut-off time in EPOS Manager.

This ensures that orders placed before a set time are scheduled for next-day delivery, while those placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the following day.

  1. In EPOS Manager, go to the left-hand menu and select Stock Maintenance.

  2. Click Suppliers, and if you have multiple sites, select the relevant location.

  3. Click the grey box next to the supplier field and select the supplier.

  4. The supplier details will now be displayed.

  5. At the bottom right, locate the dropdown box labeled Last Time for PO.

  6. Select the date and set the time to 15:00.

  7. Click Save.

πŸ€“ Tip: When you create a purchase order for that supplier, the delivery date will default to tomorrow if placed before 15:00, and to the day after if placed after 15:00.
